Guy Does Work of Position Above Without Change in Title, Boss Forgets His Benefit Package, He Racks Up Massive Amounts of PTO

When u/ChrisHansenF#### was offered to do the role above his current one with an increase in pay but without the salary or the title, he gladly excepted. See, the thing was, he was going to maintain a better PTO package if he wasn't promoted from his current role. The company relied on people in his current role leaving after a short period of time in order for their PTO scheme to work. 

When it came time for him to cash out his PTO and leave he blindsided his boss with the amount of PTO he had stored up.
